To calculate customer acquisition cost, determine your timeframe (1 month, 1 year), look at your total sales and marketing cost and divide that number by the number of new customers you acquired during the same time period.
To calculate lifetime value, multiply the average value of an interaction (sale, retainer engagement, appointment, etc.) by that customer's average interactions over a lifetime. This will likely be an educated guess!
